SHIPPING CODES
Shipped Directly by Truck/Air Freight
These are larger or heavier parts that are shipped by Truck or Air Freight. They will have an additional freight charge added to cover extra shipping costs. We'll let you know the details on the order confirmation page. The driver might require help unloading heavy or bulky items. Also, once it's off the truck, the driver isn't required to help move it any further.
Heavy Items
A small number of Heavy Items will have an additional surcharge because they exceed standard size/weight limits.
When receiving your truck delivery, be sure not to accept any shipments that are damaged beyond use. If a shipment has minor external damage, open up the shipping container(s) and inspect the contents. If you decide that the contents are damaged beyond use, go ahead and refuse the shipment. Be sure to describe all damage in writing on the carrier's paperwork prior to signing the documents. If you realize the merchandise is damaged after you have accepted the delivery, contact customer service right away.
