This is a list of cars that I believe stood the test of time. They are as beautiful today as they were when they were first introduced. I consider the styling of these cars to be well balanced and clean. In some cases, there may be lots of chrome or large tail fins but these elements are well integrated into the design and add to the car's appearance. These cars are on this list for one reason, not reliability, not practicality, not performance, just great styling. Most of these cars are from the 50's and 60's. I believe that this period is the renaissance of the American car and produced many other good looking cars in addition to the ones pictured here.
