The harmonic balancer I received came in a heavily beaten-up box as if it had fallen off the truck at highway speeds. Thus, that would explain why the folks from Dorman not only swore, but, showed me the complete package also included two (2) keys which hold the balancer in place. [Your warehouse guys need be fired for incompetence or given a serious lesson in truth telling: They claimed no such keys were part of the package]. I overcame this by finding the exact key size. All that said, the part works excellently. the original pulse and rhythm of my engine has been restored. Customer service was accommodating and helpful.
