Answered by Jeonino E. / Fri, Mar 18I put this part on 04 Dodge Ram 1500 it already had grease. Seal inside. Some do come with grease fitting on top. It’s important that u order the correct one. I kinda went to u tube replacing my upper control arm that’s how I found out it was already greased. Hope this helps.
