During 2 days of press previews in New York on April 12 & 13, a number of vehicles were unveiled to the throng of reporters on hand at the 105th New York International Auto Show. Here are some of the highlights of the show:


Lexus unveiled their first V8 hybrid vehicle, the 2008 Lexus LS600h L.  This luxury yacht will go on sale sometime in the Spring of 2007 and, according to Bob Carter, Lexus Division group vice president, will be the most technologically advanced automobile in the world.  more...

A new Jeep is uncovered with the assistance of
a group of off-duty New York Firefighters

Jeep introduced the new 4 door wrangler with considerable fanfare on Wednesday.  Reporters were seated in some makeshift bleachers that faced a huge mound of dirt on the stage.  The mystery was soon revealed a fire truck appeared and a group of firefighters trained several high-powered hoses on the pile of dirt until the new 2007 Jeep Wrangler 4-door was exposed.
