Charles Fischer has lived and breathed automotive his whole life. He made his start in the auto parts business in 1967, managed his first parts store in 1977 and has held senior positions in global sourcing and supply chain management for a number of companies in the automotive sector since 1992, including Federal-Mogul Corporation and Keystone Automotive Industries before joining U.S. Auto Parts Network in 2008. As Chief Merchandising Officer at CarParts.com, Charles continues to hone his passion and expertise in helping car repairers (DIY or professional) secure top-quality parts at great prices.
Brian Jones spent more than 20 years working as an ASE Certified Master Tech and Parts Specialist at multiple dealerships. Currently, he lives with his wife and children in a suburb of Dallas, TX. He spends his time dreaming about pickup trucks, muscle cars, Jeeps and anything related to motorsports. He works with numerous dealerships around the country as a consultant. In his spare time, Brian likes to visit new places and hopes to travel the world.
Mia Bevacqua has over 14 years of experience in the auto industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in automotive technology. Her knowledge has been applied to automotive software engineering, mechanical failure analysis inspections and, of course, writing. Instead of high-end cars, Mia prefers fixer-upper oddballs, like her 1987 Cavalier Z-24 and 1998 Astro Van AWD. Her dream car is a Citation X11.
Brian grew up on the race track and learned everything there is to know about cars from his father, who is a master technician himself. Having fallen in love with automobiles at an early age, he went on to work at dealerships, receive his ASE certification and spent two years at the William D. Votec Center for Automotive. Brian continues to express his passion for cars through writing and sharing his expertise with drivers across the U.S.
