The links to the websites of our third-party mobile automobile service providers partners (“Vehicle Servicer(s)”) are “affiliate links”, which contain a special tracking code. If you click on an affiliate link and purchase the service presented to you, CarParts.com, Inc. will receive a commission from its Vehicle Servicer affiliate.
Consent to Sharing of Information
When you buy a product for which installation, maintenance or repair services are available for purchase from a Vehicle Servicer, and elect to purchase such service(s), CarParts.com may share certain information about you to your chosen Vehicle Servicer. Such information may include your personal information, as such term is defined in our Privacy Policy, available at blogv2prod.wpenginepowered.com, including your name and contact information, your specified delivery address, and vehicle related information(e.g. Make, Year, Model, Engine Type). Such information will be shared with the Vehicle Servicer for the sole purpose of allowing you to purchase and arrange for the delivery of such services from the Vehicle Servicer. By indicating on the CarParts.com website that you intend to order such services, you consent to us sharing your information with Vehicle Servicers for this purpose.
CarParts.com is not a Party to Your Contract with Your Vehicle Servicer.
By purchasing services from a Vehicle Servicer, you are entering into a contract directly with the Vehicle Servicer for the vehicle installation, repair, or maintenance services ordered by you. You expressly acknowledge and agree that CarParts.com, Inc. is not a party to that contract. You will be obligated to pay all service fees and any cancellation or rescheduling charges directly to the Vehicle Servicer. To facilitate the lawful and timely performance of services, you agree to have an adult present at the time services are provided and to make your vehicle available to the Vehicle Servicer on the scheduled service date and time at the agreed upon service location. Any disputes you may have relating to services performed by a Vehicle Servicer are to be resolved directly between you and the Vehicle Servicer. CarParts.com may, but is not required to, request to intervene in such disputes to facilitate their resolution.
PRICING GUARANTEE
CarParts.com guarantees that the price quoted to you on the CarParts.com website for a given Scope of Work is the price you will be charged by the Vehicle Servicer for that same Scope of Work. This guarantee does not apply if you and the Service Provider agree to alter or add to the quoted Scope of Work.

CARPARTS.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS, WILL BE ERROR FREE, OR WILL CONFORM TO THE QUOTED SCOPE OF WORK.
