NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF\n WINNING.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    ELIGIBILITY:<\/strong> The CarParts.com “Car Ownership in the\n New Normal” Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes<\/u>“) is offered only to CarParts.com\n customers who were emailed the survey and who are also legal residents in the 50 United States\n (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Entry (each\n an “Eligible Entrant<\/u>“). CarParts.com, Inc., (“CarParts.com”) and any of its\n affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, employees and advertising and promotion\n agencies\/consultants (collectively “Released Parties<\/u>“) and their immediate family members\n are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and\n regulations apply.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:<\/strong> Participation in the\n Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these\n Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.     ENTRY PERIOD:<\/strong> The survey period will be from July\n 30, 2020 Pacific Time (“PT<\/u>“) to August 5, 2020 PT. Sweepstakes will be held on August 7,\n 2020 PT. Entries that are submitted after the survey period date will be disqualified. Sponsor’s\n computer will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/li>\n
