For the 2021 model year, Nissan<\/a> won’t be introducing a change in the styling of the Sentra. Instead, it will retain last year’s design but with the addition of standard features. Inclusive of these upgrades is a $100-increase to the price tag of all three trim levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the automaker’s recent announcement, the 2021 Nissan Sentra is now available with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability among its standard features. The car is also equipped with the Nissan Safety Shield 360, complete with technologies such as automated emergency braking, high-beam assist, lane-departure warning, blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear automated braking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The base model for the lineup is the S model, which comes with a starting price of $20,335. It’s significantly cheaper than the sedan’s market rivals, the Honda Civic and the Mazda 3.  The S model features 16-inch steel wheels with covers and a keyless entry system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next to the entry-level S model is the SV trim, which starts at $21,395. It’s fitted with 16-inch aluminum wheels, an 8.0-inch touchscreen, a six-speaker audio system, and adaptive cruise control technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Topping the Nissan Sentra range is the SR model sporting 18-inch wheels, a dark chrome grille, LED headlights, a rear spoiler, a sport cloth interior with striking orange stitching, as well as a two-tone paint job (Electric Blue with a black roof) that’s new for 2021. It retails for $22,675.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nissan shared that all Sentras are powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers up to 149 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels with the help of a continuously variable automatic transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
