One thing that puts the Ford F-150 truck in a league of its own is its ability to power tools and appliances. And with winter storms currently wreaking havoc in the state of Texas, Ford is asking local dealers to lend their remaining stock of F-150 trucks to help out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a report published by Automotive News, the Blue Oval was reportedly urging its dealers in Texas to loan out their remaining units of the F-150 PowerBoost hybrid model, which can be equipped with a generator, to help a total of 415 homes and businesses in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ford is also making it easier for customers to avail of the loan programs it offers. In particular, Ford is incentivizing its dealers by increasing the loaner fee to $600.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
