When Jeep<\/a> shared details of the Wrangler 392 Launch Edition, it seemed pretty obvious that the model is going to pack power, performance, and personality. And considering everything it has to offer, interested buyers were curious to know how much Jeep is willing to charge for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After months of speculation, Jeep’s parent company Stellantis finally announced the price tag for the model—a whopping $74,995, inclusive of the $1,495 destination fee. It’s significantly higher than the next most expensive model<\/a> in the lineup, which is the High Altitude trim that retails for $51,010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But while customers may have second thoughts due to the price, Jeep made sure the 392 will be well worth it. For one, it comes with a V8 that makes 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. And since it has the setup of a Rubicon, the brand’s most hardcore off-roader, it also gets locking differentials, a two-inch factory lift, Beadlock-capable wheels, Fox shocks, a two-speed transfer case, and Dana 44 axles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It remains to be seen how the 392 Launch Edition will perform off-road. But considering it’s a Wrangler, it will likely be an impressive performer even without the V6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
