The 2020 Ford Escape<\/a> won’t go on sale yet, but the brand has recently released the pricing for the new models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The compact SUV, which was redesigned for 2020, falls roughly in the same price range as its predecessors, with just a slight increase of a few hundred dollars for all versions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ford Escape’s base S model starts at $25,980, followed by the SE at $28,190, the SE Sport (hybrid) at $29,530, and the SEL at $30,350. A Titanium hybrid starts at $34,495, while the Escape Titanium falls at $37,780 to as much as $40,000 with options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The compact crossover’s base price is $780 more than the previous generation’s, but it includes a suite of driver-assist features such as blind spot monitoring and forward collision warning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the SE model, an 8.0-inch touchscreen is fitted into the dashboard and will be available in both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The SEL model will also see more features. All three trim levels will be offered in the standard front-wheel drive, and eight-speed automatic transmission, and a turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine for 180 horsepower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An all-wheel drive will be available as an option for an additional $1,500. A more powerful turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 250 horsepower is offered for the SEL trim for $2,285.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The high-end Escape Titanium, meanwhile, will only be available with AWD and the 2.0-liter engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The compact crossover’s hybrid model will also be returning, with the two trims (the SE Sport and Titanium) both offering front-wheel drive as standard and all-wheel drive as options for $1,320 and $1,500, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ford Motor Co<\/a>, however, has not released information on the Escape’s official EPA fuel-economy, but experts are estimating it at around 38 mpg combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
