The fitment details does not mention it will fit the factory ground effects kit. But if the SS rear bumper cover is the same as the factory ground effects kit (part of it). This is designed for the single tip for each side, not a dual tip type for each side.

No, this item does not come with installation hardware and brackets. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
