Product Q&A

Blowing just high?A shopperDec 30, 2020
Best Answer:Hi, Aside from the blower motor relay, there could be other parts that may cause the said issue. We highly recommend to have the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to pinpoint what part needs replacement.

My fan only goes on high speed with any mode cool or heat defrost will this part be the problem?A shopperMar 13, 2021
Best Answer:Hi, The part that you may need is the blower motor resistor instead.
Aldrin P.STAFFMar 13, 2021
I have a 1999 Jeep Wrangler sport 4.0.  The blower will not work on high.  I have replace the entire control panel.  In addition I replaced the resistor but that did not solve the issue.  I checked the #11 10 a fuse in the glove box and checked all of the 40a fuses in the engine compartment.  Is the relay the only remaining possibility?Patrick D.May 12, 2021
Best Answer:Hello! Assuming the wiring is good and there are no breaks, then I would definitely recommend trying the relay next
Mitchell D.STAFFMay 17, 2021
Front blower motor inop.  Can't locate a fuse in the owner's manual.  Rear works OK.  Could this part be the culprit?  If so, where is it located?Jack C.Apr 07, 2021
Best Answer:Hi Jack, I'm glad to help you out. I recommend reaching out to your local dealership, parts department. They may be able to help. You may also want to consider the blower motor resistor and the motor itself. We highly recommend that a certified mechanic diagnose the vehicle to pinpoint what part needs replacement. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
Aldrin P.STAFFApr 07, 2021
My ac blower works but the switch that moves it to defrost or floor doesn’t work. No matter which direction I turn the knob, it only blows forward. Could that be some kind of relay switch?Judy S.Jul 14, 2023
Best Answer:Hi Judy, thank you for reaching out. It's possible. It could also be the blend door actuator. It's better to have the vehicle diagnosed to be certain. Have a good one!
