I ordered a engine/transmission mount kit for my 2008 ford escape,one of the mounts was packaged wrong.I called customer service they took care of the problem and sent me the correct part quickly and no charge!

I replaced the side 2 so far good. Had to file a bit couple Of the holes were not aligned w chasis holes. Culd be that the old one was severely worn.
Price justified cause was more anywhere else. Let see how durable they are
