The product itself was great! Highly recommend. Unfortunately when I first ordered it with a bumper, it never shipped so I had to order it again and re-pay for shipping which seems inconsistent, but their customer service refunded me the actual part price since it never shipped. They were responsive and easy to chat with. Overall I was happy with the experience.

Parts arrived very quickly but my fender was dinged up when taken out of the box. So had to re-order which took 5 days longer so it put me behind by a week to get the job finished. Carparts made things right and I did not have to send the dented part back, just took longer than I had figured to finish the repair.
