Part fits perfectly as it should and functions correctly. Only issue with it was the finish quality on the black. It didn't have the same glaze look and had an orange peel look to the paint. There seems to be light sanding scratches on the bottom of it. Unfortunately it wasn't noticed until after installation and vehicle needed to be put into use.

Straightforward install, uses existing nuts and washers. Symbols on the BS and turn signal are the same as OE. Amber color of the light is slightly different but that’s the only noticeable thing from what OE would have cost me much more to buy.

I was able to paint mine, but if the old cover isn’t damaged you can swap it out with the new mirror. I did three coats of paint plus a clear coat over the top and I’m happy with it.

If you’re real careful you can snap apart the bezel and use the outer trim and bezel to fit over the OEM mirror body. I did that while keeping my original mirror body attached. Unless you buy one for each side plan to paint it while it’s apart, mine came chrome so I had to paint to match. There are four locking pins at each corner of the bezel. Ideally you’d want to take the mirror out of the body to access the pins. The mirror is mounted to a round adjustment plate and with a small amount of force to either side, the mirror will pop off the round plate. Be careful, I think they’re ABS and can snap off with too much force. It’s a shame they don’t sell the bezel and trim separately from the body.

It fit perfectly on my LTZ suburban, I believe it’ll fit a Tahoe but this company has the best pricing I found and return policy. Keep in mind you have to remove most of the interior door trim to access the bolts and wiring harness connectors. It took me about 30 minutes start to finish and works perfectly with all features of my LTZ
