Zero stars. I don’t know what you are referring to. Carparts.com was unable to fulfill the order. After the first lie to me about the a computer reprogramming causing a delay, and the second lie about COVID causing a shipping delay, and the third lie stating the supplier having a personnel issue, and finally the fourth lie, “out of stock”, and after asking for my money to be refunded three times, my money was possibly refunded after the fourth lie. Horrible experience, terrible customer service. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. NEVER. USE. CATPARTS.COM. NEVER.
