Purchased 1st pair late summer of 2010 for my Toyota Sequoia. Within 30-40 days they were warped and causing severe shaking when braking issues. Auto Parts Staff did an ok job and sent me warranty replacement rotors around first week of November. 2nd pair of Rotors lasted until late Winter of 2013 when braking issues were noted and felt. During inspection rotors had worn to the slotted groves. The 2nd pair of rotors had about 21,000 miles on them. Was not very pleased with EBC equipment and went back to OEM Toyota pads and rotors. Today 6/30/2013 there has been about 8,000 miles on OEM equipment and no reports of issues. OEM rotor faces are wearing even. Please note: These EBC rotors were matched with EBC Green pads. Caliper seals and pistons were all inspected by Toyota Tech. All guide rods were replaced too at 1st EBC purchase.

the paper that came with it said to install right & left but you could mix them up taking them from the box.

Make sure you resurface the rotor or take some sand paper to it. You need to get all the black finish off before you use them. If you put them on as is, the fish creates a grinding and sticky braking. Once the finish is off, they are excellent. Toyota's rotors warp all the time and these are perfect replacments

This EBC Brake Disc set is a major improvement over the wimpy Toyota OEM discs. I'm just sorry I didn't replace the original discs sooner.
