The installation of the actual hitch was good and easy. I must say I was disappointed to have one of the pieces in the box broken on the wiring harness after I had already installed the hitch. Good thing I am very mechanically inclined to deal with such obstacles so I was able to make the wiring harness work. Later on down the line this is something I will have to replace. I may think twice before doing another mail order. Other than that the harness plug being broken the installation and the metal hitch itself seems to be fine. I would have rated the product higher if not for the broken harness plug.
