Hi there,
In general, if the check engine light is flashing and your vehicle started shaking. Then there is a problem with one or more engine components. It could be with the fuel supply, a faulty ignition coil, bad spark plugs, or a bad engine sensor. It is best to have your truck checked by a certified mechanic, or you can run a diagnostic OBD II scanner and get a trouble code. I hope this helps.
