With that in mind here's what I would do to try and find and fix the issue.
Check for Additional Blown Fuses, Inspect Battery and Connections, Test Starter Relay, Examine the Ignition Switch, Check for Security System Issues, Perform a Computer Scan, and Inspect Wiring and Grounds. once you find the issue it becomes much easier to figure out how to fix it.

Hi there,
You can start to check for blown-out fuses or faulty relays of the starter, alternator, and battery. The most common issue that causes this problem includes a bad starter solenoid, discharged battery, corroded/loose battery terminal connectors, and other electrical system issues. We have a very helpful resource blog from our website CarParts.com. Please click this link for more detailed information which covers this problem you are experiencing. I hope this helps!
