Exhaust System Inspection, Fuel System Inspection, Check for Vacuum Leaks, Inspect Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor, and Examine PCV System. It can be time-consuming and to do all this testing and with what you have already done not fixing it I would strongly consider taking it to a professional.

Hi there,
The causes for the trouble P2098 code include a leaking exhaust system, a bad or failing upstream oxygen sensor, or a problem in the post-catalytic oxygen sensor circuit. The usual symptoms of the code P2098 include an illuminated or blinking check engine light, rough idle, and poor acceleration. If you have already replaced the oxygen sensors, try to check for leaks along the piping and catalytic converter. Click this link for more details about this trouble code for you to be aware of the other important details. I hope this helps!
