You have replaced critical AC components already as you noted, but the a/c compressor is still not engaging or powering on. Here are the possible causes of the problem:
1. Make sure the refrigerant level is at the standard level (correct amount). The a/c compressor will not engage if the refrigerant is not too low or not too high.
2. Verify that all wiring socket connectors of all the a/c components are properly connected and check for pushed-out terminals that result in loose contacts/connections.
3. Make sure the a/c switches are not faulty. The low and high-pressure cut-off switches prevent the a/c compressor from engaging if the pressure is not within the required range.
4. Check if the a/c compressor clutch is engaging or not. It could be a clutch coil issue or the electrical signal to the clutch.
