It looks like you've encountered a common issue with the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited EcoDiesel's DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) system. The DEF issue yellow light indicates a problem with the DEF system, which is vital for emission control. The DEF fluid top-off that you did is good. But there are times when the system is slow to register the change. If the messages were gone, but the check engine light remains, it could indicate the DEF issue is resolved, but the stored trouble code (P204F) is still triggering the check engine light. The code P204F indicates a problem with the DEF system's reductant injection system performance. The possible causes of it are as follows:
