If your 2002 Dodge Dakota still has a bad squeaking noise coming from the front driver’s side after replacing the sway bar bushing and ball joint, then yes, the control arm bushings are a likely next suspect. Over time, these bushings can dry out, crack, or wear down, especially on older vehicles, and they’re a common source of squeaks and creaks, particularly when going over bumps or turning. Since you've already addressed the more common culprits, replacing the control arm bushings (or the entire control arm if the bushings aren't serviceable separately) would be a logical next step. Also, while you're down there, it might be worth double-checking the shock absorber mount and the steering components, as worn shocks or dry tie rod ends can sometimes mimic bushing noise.
