Headlights keep blowing 2008 Honda Ridgeline
So it was raining one night coming out of Chicago and all of a sudden my dash went all black all gauges went to zero then the headlights flickered when the dashboard came back on the headlights went really bright to dim to blown I have had testing diagnostics done no code just says voltage high voltage low but no one knows that either please help I have tried everything
