2011 Dodge Ram 1500 stalling. Can this be caused by torque converter?
2011 Dodge Ram 1500 stalling. When you restart and touch gas it kills it. Sometimes it will only let you go 5mph. After setting a while it will start and drive fine for about 15 min and die again. One other thing is when you are driving it and you try to kick in the motor, stomp peddle to the floor, it will not kick down into lower gear and take off. It just speeds up smoothly. I have a mechanic that says it is the torque converter and bad transmission. What do you think?
