rear door wont open, 2013 impala, inside or outside handles dont work out of the blue? what part goes bad?
wife got out rear door, door would not close/latch, warning came on instrument screen, rear door ajar, i finally got it to close but now it wont open? locks seem too open and close when you put in drive/stop. wont open from outside or inside, i read where this happens all the time with impalas, seems this should have been a recall issue due to it being a real saftey concern with people not being able to escape if accident ever happens?
