Is there a way to fix the 8in infotainment center on my 2016 Chevy Colorado
My radio/infotainment center keeps changing stations. It seems to be possessed. I have resorted to punching it. This actually works for a little while. Then it starts again. It calls onstar on its own. Chevy dealer says they can replace it out of warranty and the cost is 1k. They say the new one may end up doing the same thing. Seems to be of the opinion the heat caused it. I live in Florida so the heat is here to stay. I also found what's supposed to be an OEM replacement from China for under 300 but not sure if it has to be programmed or not. Any suggestions would be appreciated other wise there might a murder of a crazy radio.
