2013 Ford Mustang GT P2096 code after having brand new universal cats put on to pass PA emissions.
I purchased a 2013 Ford Mustang with less than 30k miles. Original modifications were cat deletes and a JLT cold air with tune. System read "not ready" for PA emissions. I took the cold air off and set tune back to factory. I put universal cats back on but now car is throwing p2096. Replaced the 02 sensors but code still kicks out about 40 miles. Help!!
