why is 2018 prius prime hybrid auxillary battery repeatedly dead
2018 Prius Prime has destroyed 3 auxiliary (front) batteries,one about every 12-18 months. Symptom is car is dead and won't start. Since this happened before I periodically monitored battery with Voltmeter to measure auxiliary battery. A few weeks ago the meter showed 12.5v. Now car is dead and meter showed 3.5 volts (similar to last time). Every time it happened Dealer finds bad cell in battery and replaces battery.
