ram transmission on engine start is in low gear but at idle speed it shifts into a higher gear
i have a ram 1500 5.7 hemi at cruising speed i took my foot off of the accelerator and i felt a slight thump and once i stopped the transmission had not returned to first gear but seemed to be stuck in third are fourth gear it took more accelration than normal to take off again and also would not shift into any other gear.
