what is the best way to prime the lifters and set the valves on a reman chevy 4.3 l 2002
the engine is on the motor stand , i got the oil prim tool and i put the starter on . if i use the starter to rollthe engine over while turning the oil pump ,with the spark plugs out, will the lifters prim up?
