My 2024 toyota came with PPF applied to the hood and side mirrors applied at the port of entry.
The more I read about PPE nowhere do I see how to maintain it of what kind of spray waxes are compatible with it. I am seriously thinking about finding someone to remove it. I have read it only lasts for 5 to 10 years. The way it was applied to the hood is cut to the shape of the hood with an 1/4 of an inch border of the original paint exposed instead of being tucked under the edges of the hood. Same for the side mirrors various squares cut .to the shape of the sides and top. I have read these edges collect dirt. Where can I get advise about this as I don't see any upside to keeping the PPE. I have only had the car 1 week.
