2008 F150 5.4L 3v. O'Reilly scanned CEI and said P0345. I replaced the CPS and still have a misfire rescan = P0345
2008 5.4L 3v, rough idle and dead miss. O'Reilly scan said Cyl #4 misfire. Misfire still apparent after replacing Cyl #4 coil pack. Rescan show P0345, CPS bank 2. replaced CPS and still have rough idle and misfire. Rescan still shows P0345
