Evap ECM seems not to control vent valve
Driving scanner shows 100% purge. Tank pressure is -0.4. Scanner command makes vent click on and off engine off. Vent valve seems to hold pressure at vent valve if commanded. Plugged tank vent hose. Tank pressure -17.6. ECM does not seem to be commanding vent valve. DTC's P0449, P0452, P0463.
