Discontinued Operations
On March 6, 2017, AutoMD filed for dissolution. The AutoMD operating segment has been classified as discontinued operations and its results of operations are reflected under loss from discontinued operations in our consolidated financial statements.

Loss from operations and disposal of discontinued AutoMD operations for the thirty-nine weeks ended September 30, 2017 consisted of severance costs of $221, contract termination costs of $164 as well as loss from operations of $173, and included net loss attributable to noncontrolling interests of $59.
