2003 Tundra SR5 Access Cab Driver Window Motor ReplacementWindow Motor, Vdo Oe Replacement

This windows drive motor was for my 2003 Tundra SR5 Access Cab. My OEM motor had begun to stop working at random times usually while it's raining. I replaced the driver side motor. With the help of a Youtube video replacing the motor was a moderate hard task. It is a two person job for sure. The only complication I has was the wiring. The motor wiring was red and black but the OEM harness was red and green. I logically connected red to red and green to black on my first try. This setup caused the window control to work in reverse. Switching the connections to the opposite corrected the window control operation to normal. It's been about two weeks since the install and so far it's working. The new motor is a little noisier than the OEM motor.
