We currently don't have the direct-fit shifter for your E320 in stock. We only have universal shifters (not vehicle-specific) that may work with your vehicle. While it's possible to replace your car shifter with a universal shifter, it's not a straightforward process and may require some modifications to your car's shift linkage system. It should only be done by a qualified mechanic or automotive technician.
For convenience, we still recommend obtaining a direct-fit shifter. If you're not able to locate one, universal would then be your next best option. Click this link to view the universal options we have for your vehicle.
