Turn off your vehicle’s ignition
Turn your engine off and set the parking brake.

To access your cabin air filter, you will need to completely open the glove box.
Access the cabin filter flange
Open the top part of the glove box. Then the bottom part.
Using a T15 Torx wrench, unscrew the two retaining screws inside the glove box.
Close the bottom part. Next, using the same tool, unscrew the 2 retaining screws under the glove box.
Pull on the lower part of the glove box to unclip the two fasteners from their lockers.
Remove the glovebox
The glove box is now free. You can put it down.
Remove the cabin filter
Using a car trim removal tool, unclip the two tabs on the filter tray and pull them out.
Take out the cabin air filter.
Clean the filter compartment
Before putting in the new filter in place, it is important to clean out any impurities or leaves stuck in the filter compartment.
Informations
Pay attention to the direction of airflow.
The arrows on the filter should point down.
Install the new filter
Take the new filter. Place the filter in its slot. Then put the tray back in its slot.
Reassemble the glove box
Put the glove box back in place by clipping it back onto its slot.
Tighten the 2 retaining screws on the front. Then tighten the 2 screws holding the lower part of the glove box.
