• Extended 60-day returns (vs. 30-day window for non-members)

How much does a CarParts+ membership cost? 

CarParts+ is only $79 per year! When you sign up, you can choose between two payment plans:

• Pay Today: $79/year (approximately $6.58/month) plus applicable tax
• Pay Over Time: $9/month for 12 months plus applicable tax (12-month commitment)

How can I cancel my Membership? 

You may cancel your membership and receive a full refund within 3 days of joining, provided you haven’t used any of the benefits. After 3 days, CarParts+ requires a yearly commitment as it is an annual membership.  You can disable automatic renewal any time by logging into your account and turning off the renewal option which will prevent it from renewing the following year. 

How can I manage my CarParts+ account?

It’s easy! Just sign into your account on our website or app, and click on “My Account.” From there, you can check out your order history, payment details, address book, "My Garage", and your CarParts+ membership info—all in one place.

What payment methods are accepted for CarParts+?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay for your convenience. Prepaid cards cannot be use for CarParts+ as it is a recurring billing. Learn more here.

How do I change my payment method?

Simply sign into your account on our website or app and click on “My Account.” Head to the “Payment Information” section to add or update your payment details. Quick and simple!

When will I be billed for my CarParts+ membership?

You’ll be billed as soon as you join. It's just $79 annually or $9 monthly, and your membership will automatically renew based on your plan. Plus, we’ll send you a friendly email reminder when it’s time to renew for the following year.

Will my CarParts+ membership renew automatically?

Yes, your membership will automatically renew unless you turn off automatic renewal in the “Membership” tab of your account. Stay connected to enjoy your benefits!

Can I gift a CarParts+ membership?

Can I use coupons with my CarParts+ membership?

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to combine your membership benefits with applicable coupons on your orders. Bu please note that coupons can’t be applied to paying for the membership fee itself.
