Why do I see multiple charges on my bank account after placing an order?
When you place an order, your bank temporarily holds the total amount on your debit or credit card as a pre-authorization, not an actual charge. You'll only be billed as each item ships, which may result in multiple charges if items are sent separately from various warehouses to ensure quick delivery.
For custom-made items, due to their extended production times, you will be charged before the pre-authorization expires, even if the product hasn't shipped. If we can't fulfill an order for a custom-made product, you will receive a full refund for it.
