- Sign into your account: If you are not signed in, our system can't apply your membership benefits at checkout. Just click "My Account" icon at the top right of our website or app to get started!
- Check item eligibility: Some items don't qualify for free shipping because of weight or other shipping requirements. Look for the blue "Ships Free with CarParts+ banner to be sure.
