CarParts+ Gold is the paid membership tier of the CarParts+ program. Gold members enjoy all the benefits of the free CarParts+ loyalty program, plus the premium benefits described below. CarParts+ Gold is $79 per year (or $9 per month for 12 months) plus applicable tax, and is available to individuals 21 years of age and older.

Accelerated Points Earning

CarParts+ Gold members earn 3 points for every $1 spent on CarParts.com — triple the standard rate of 1 point per $1 on the free loyalty tier. All purchases earn points, including tax, shipping, and digital services such as shipping protection, product protection plans, and CarParts+ Gold membership fees. Gold members also keep all standard loyalty benefits, including bonus points for eligible activities and the ability to redeem points directly at checkout on any amount, where every point is worth $0.01. Points do not expire while the account remains open and in good standing.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase, on eligible parts shipped from CarParts.com warehouses to addresses within the contiguous United States. Eligible items are marked with a blue "Ships Free with CarParts+" banner and confirmed at checkout. The Free Shipping benefit does not apply to:

1. Oversized or heavyweight parts subject to freight or special handling charges;
2. Hazardous materials, including batteries, airbags, and certain fluids;
3. Items shipped from third-party sellers, drop-ship vendors, or marketplace fulfillment partners;
4. Special-order, made-to-order, or custom-fitted items;
5. Expedited or premium shipping selections, except where CarParts.com elects to apply the benefit at its discretion;
6. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

24/7 Roadside Assistance

CarParts+ Gold members receive access to 24-hour, 7-day-per-week roadside assistance provided by a third-party roadside service provider, subject to per-event service limits and annual usage caps. Covered services include:

1. Towing up to fifteen (15) miles from the disablement location;
2. Battery jump-start (EV battery service excluded);
3. Flat tire change (using the member’s inflated spare tire);
4. Lockout assistance (excluding the cost of replacement keys or locksmith parts);
5. Emergency fuel delivery (the cost of fuel is the member’s responsibility).

Coverage is available within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and applies to the member as a person, regardless of the vehicle the member is driving or riding in at the time of service. The roadside benefit is subject to the roadside provider’s terms of service.

Extended 60-Day Returns

CarParts+ Gold members receive an extended return window of sixty (60) days from the date of delivery for eligible items, in lieu of the standard thirty (30) day window for non-members. The benefit is subject to the CarParts.com return policy, including all eligibility, restocking fee, and condition requirements, and does not apply to items designated as non-returnable.

VIP Member Support

CarParts+ Gold members receive access to a dedicated members-only customer service channel, which includes a members-only telephone number and text-to-chat support. VIP support hours, channels, and service levels may be modified from time to time.
