Premium benefits — such as free shipping, 24/7 roadside assistance, extended 60-day returns, and VIP member support — are part of the paid CarParts+ Gold membership (see the CarParts+ Gold Member Benefits Details). 

Earn Points on Purchases

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on CarParts.com. All purchases earn points — including taxes, shipping and handling, core charges, and digital services such as shipping protection, product protection plans, and CarParts+ Gold membership fees. Points are calculated on your order total after discounts are applied.

Earn Bonus Points for Activities

Earn bonus points instantly for completing simple, non-purchase activities, such as: 

1. Creating a CarParts.com account — 25 points (one-time);
2. Downloading the CarParts.com mobile app and logging in — 100 points (one-time);
3. Adding a vehicle to your garage by entering a VIN or using the vehicle selector — 100 points each, up to a combined maximum of five (5) vehicles.

Redeem Points at Checkout

Redeem your available points directly at checkout — no minimum required. Every point is worth $0.01, so 100 points = $1.00 and 500 points = $5.00. Points can be applied to your entire order, including tax, shipping, and digital services such as shipping protection, product protection plans, and CarParts+ Gold membership fees. You can combine points with another payment method (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Pay in 4) on the same order. If your available points are worth more than your order total, you can apply all of your points except $1.00 — a minimum of $1.00 must be paid with another payment method to complete the purchase.

Your Points Don’t Expire

Points remain in your account and available for redemption for as long as your account stays open and in good standing. Points are not the property of the member and have no cash value (see the CarParts Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions).

Pending Period

Points earned on purchases become available after a 40-day pending period. You’ll see your points as pending in your dashboard as soon as your items ship, and they become available for redemption approximately 40 days after your order is shipped. Points earned through activities are awarded instantly. Pending points are visible in your dashboard but are not redeemable until they become available.

Returns and Point Adjustments

If you return an item, the points you earned on that item — including any bonus points — are deducted from your points balance when the return is processed. For multi-item orders, only the points tied to the returned item(s) are deducted; points earned on items you keep are unaffected.
