CarParts+ Member benefits Details
The following Benefits are provided subject to the CarParts.com Membership program and the corresponding Membership Terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Membership Terms. We reserve the right to modify, change, remove, or increase the Benefits herein at any time, and, subject to applicable law, with or without notice.
Free Shipping
Members will have access to the following free shipping, no order minimum Benefit:
- No order minimum.
- Shipping address must be within the contiguous United States and in eligible zip codes.
- Applies to approximately 500,000 items labeled with “Ship Free with CP+” or other similar designation.
- Certain products with special delivery characteristics may be ineligible at our discretion.
Dedicated Customer Service
Members will have access to a direct phone and text line to contact customer service:
- From 6am to 5pm PST, Members may call the following dedicated phone number 1-888-444-9177 to help with questions about product availability, orders, returns, etc.
- Alternately, Members may text the number 34878 to initiate a text conversation with customer service.
No-Rush Returns
Members will have access to extended returns year-round:
- Members have 60 days from date of receipt of product to initiate their return (as opposed to the usual 30 days). All other terms and conditions for returns are as stated in the Return Policy.
Roadside Assistance
This Benefit is provided by Nation Safe Drivers (“Service Provider”) and is activated 72 hours after purchase of your Membership.
Access and Availability

- 24 hours a day/7 days a week throughout the contiguous United States.
- When calling Service Provider, please be prepared to provide your first and last name, phone number, and email address, or your CarParts.com unique Member identification number.

You may only access the Benefit provided by Service Provider:
- Three times in any contract year.
- Once within each 72 hour-period.
- On multiple vehicles in your family so long as the maximum benefits set forth herein are respected.
Unique Benefits
- Towing: Tow car within 15 miles at no cost to the nearest qualified repair facility. Cost for extra miles shall be paid directly to Service Provider at time of service. Please remain with your car until Service Provider arrives; Service Provider cannot service an unattended vehicle.
- Battery Service: Jumpstart or boost a dead battery. EV charging is excluded.
- Delivery Service:Including gasoline, water, oil, or any supplies necessary to send your vehicle on its way. Member is responsible for the actual cost of fluid and/or supplies delivered.

Tire Service: If Member experiences a flat tire, Member’s spare tire will be installed as long as it is inflated and serviceable.

Lockout Services: Service Provider will send a locksmith if you are accidentally locked out of your vehicle. Access to passenger compartment only.
Additional Benefits:

Theft Hit & Run Protection: Service Provider will pay a person (excluding Member or a member of Member’s family) five hundred dollars ($500) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a person for the theft of your vehicle or tagged valuable articles.

Rental Car Discounts: You may access car rental discounts for the following car rental agencies using the provided discount codes: NATIONAL (1-877-222-9058 ID# XZ41148 PIN# NSD); THRIFTY (1-800-367-2277 ID# 0010027892); and ENTERPRISE (1-800-736-8222 ID# XZ41148 PIN# NSD).

Concierge Benefits: You may contact Service Provider’s Concierge center at 1-855-963-1683 twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to speak with a representative who will assist you with the following concierge services: a) emergency message relays to family friends or co-workers; b) hotel and rental car availability; c) ATM locations; d) locate medical facilities; e) theme park and local attraction information; f) restaurant locations; g) movie schedules and locations; h) directional assistance; i) traffic alerts; and j) sport scores. Please note: Services provided are for informational purposes ONLY. You are responsible for making any/all payment arrangements and for setting up benefits that require additional billing, such as the actual cost of hotel rooms, rental cars, etc. Payment is to be made directly by you to the providers, vendors or establishments.
Reimbursement: The roadside assistance Benefit is not a reimbursement program. You must contact Service Provider first to dispatch services. In the event your vehicle is disabled and Service Provider was unable to fulfill its obligations for any of the above covered services, and you contracted for a covered service on you own, your claim may be considered for reimbursement if you send your original receipted roadside bills along with a completed claim form to: Nation Safe Drivers at 5600 Broken Sound Boulevard NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487, Attn: Claims. Claim forms may be obtained online at www.nsdclaims.com or by calling toll-free 1-888-684-9327. ASSISTANCE OBTAINED THROUGH ANY SOURCE OTHER THAN SERVICE PROVIDER WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS NOT COVERED AND IS NOT REIMBURSABLE.

- In Alabama, Alaska, Utah. All services and benefits are Administered through Nation Safe Drivers, Services, Inc. located at 5600 Broken Sound Boulevard NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487.
