• Sometimes, deliveries to residential addresses might take an extra day due to carrier processes, which are out of our control. Unfortunately, we can't refund air freight charges in these instances, but we appreciate your understanding.
• Remember, there are no overnight or 2nd-day deliveries on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a holiday, rest assured, we will start processing it first thing the next business day.
