Shops are certified based on their levels of customer service, fair market pricing and observance of current industry standards.

Do you offer a warranty on the work performed?

Repairs are backed by a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty covered by the shop. The parts you order from CarParts.com are covered by our warranty for added peace of mind.

What if there is a problem with the repair?

In the event your part installation is faulty, you may return to the shop to complete the work again at no additional charge.

How long is the quoted price guaranteed?

In most cases, the shop will provide a price guaranteed for 7 days from the date first quoted. Prices are subject to change if you reschedule your appointment to occur 30+ days past your original order.

What if my final quote is higher than the initial quote provided?

Keep in mind that estimates do not include any additional repairs or services agreed to at the time of visit, as well as local taxes, disposal fees, or diagnostic charges. Because predicting unforeseen repairs isn't possible, your final quote may be higher.
