The CarParts.com sponsored Free Brake Installation Service Promotion provides eligible customers the opportunity to receive free mobile brake installation services to be performed by Wrench, Inc. Participation is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Promotion Specific Terms and Conditions
Participation in this promotion is voluntary and is limited to the first 100 eligible customers who elect to receive free brake installation service with their order of qualifying products on CarParts.com. For purposes of this promotion, qualifying products include the following:
Your chosen place of service must fall within the Wrench ZIP Code Service Area.
Participants who receive complimentary brake service through this promotion will be required to submit a customer testimonial and a photo of themselves to CarParts.com, Inc.
By participating in this promotion, you hereby grant to CarParts.com, Inc. and its subsidiaries a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable right and license to reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, display and use such submitted photo(s), testimonial content and your name, image and likeness, for promotional and other commercial purposes, including but not limited to use in websites, social networking sites, print and digital advertising and marketing campaigns, and in any and all other mediums of communications. No additional compensation will be provided for the use of such photo(s) and testimonial content. You hereby release CarParts.com, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries from all liabilities, claims, and causes of action which you, your estate, heirs, representatives, executives, administrators, or any other person may make or assert while acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate which in any way relate to the foregoing use of such photos and testimonial content.
2. General Terms and Conditions
Consent to Sharing of Information
CarParts.com may share certain information about you with Wrench, Inc. or may refer you directly to a Wrench, Inc. by providing you with their phone number, email address or other contact information for purposes of ordering and scheduling your services.
In the event CarParts.com does share your information with a Wrench, Inc., the information provided may include your personal information, as such term is defined in our Privacy Policy, available at www.carparts.com, including your name and contact information, your specified delivery address, and vehicle related information (e.g. Make, Year, Model, Engine Type). Such information will be shared for the sole purpose of allowing you to arrange for the delivery of services from Wrench, Inc.. By indicating on the CarParts.com website that you intend to order such services, you consent to us sharing your information with Wrench, Inc. for this purpose.
CarParts.com is not a Party to Your Contract with Wrench, Inc.
By electing to obtain brake installation services from Wrench, Inc., you acknowledge that you are entering into a contract directly with Wrench, Inc and that CarParts.com, Inc. is not a party to that contract. To facilitate the lawful and timely performance of services, you agree to have an adult present at the time services are provided and to make your vehicle available for servicing on the scheduled date and time at the agreed upon service location. Any disputes you may have relating to services performed by Wrench, Inc. are to be resolved directly between you and Wrench, Inc. CarParts.com may, but is not required to, request to intervene in such disputes to facilitate their resolution.
